We will create a bespoke service with you and ensure that we fully understand your offering, values and Customer Expectations and then train the team allocated to you to ensure that they meet these standards prior to the Service commencing.
Fully documented procedures and flow charts of this service will be provided to you for your approval and to ensure that you are happy with every element of the service and then regular reviews will be carried out to further ensure that we are meeting both yours and your Clients’ needs.
Reports will be provided to you on a regular basis in line with your requirements that will detail all issue that have been dealt with and the actions taken. Your Clients will not be aware that we are a Third Party Service, but will believe that we are part of your organisation as we take ownership of all of the issues and queries that we handle.
